Lentilles : Series 02

The lentils featured here are split masoor, split green peas and black beans. Among these three lentils, masoor is my favorite. I started my love affair with dals after I joined for hotel management. Until then my consumption of dal was limited with just Sambhar and parippu curry. Plain dal and chawal is pure bliss .
