Love the intense red color of geranium. I took this photo two years ago.
Unfortunately, I left this plant outdoor last winter and it almost killed the plant. I just wanted to see if the plant would survive Texas winter. Note to self : Always bring the geranium indoor when the temperature cools down. Early this spring, I pruned back the plant, added some fertilizer and waited patiently for new growths. Now I spy two bunches of buds much to my pleasure. Nowadays, I see geranium blooms in fushia, white and pink colors in garden centers. I don't seems to be crazy with these colors. I think I will stick with the geraniums I have on hand.
