Love sardines and all kinds of seafood. Prepping sardines or any fish for that matter is a pain in the butt and quite a smelly affair. But I consider it a trade-off for that delicious end result. I have the patience of a saint while prepping the fishes for cooking. You don't believe it? I think you should. Luckily , these sardines came frozen and ready to cook. If I am not mistaken, this dish is called mathi vattichathu or something like that.
